Shanghai Mountains Delivers 430 Set D-Type Rubber To Boost Nantong Port's Safety Upgrade

 

 

On March 20th, 2025, Shanghai Mountains successfully delivered 430 sets of high-performance by land transportation to Nantong Port, providing critical port protection support for China Railway Steel Bridge (Nantong) Co., Ltd. The delivered products included D-type rubber fenders (D200x1000, D200x2000) and DA-type rubber fenders (DA-B500x2500), fully demonstrating the company's professional strength in port equipment field.

 

 

1) D Type Rubber Fender: Made of natural styrene-butadiene rubber, it features outstanding elasticity and tensile strength. The energy absorption efficiency per unit of counterforce is significantly enhanced compared to traditional cylindrical fenders. The compact bottom width design is suitable for frame-type docks and installation on the ship's side. Combined with anchor bolt expansion and double-row anchoring structure, its stability is doubled, and it offers superior cost-effectiveness and durability.

2) DA-type rubber protective coffer: Centered on high energy absorption and low reactive force, its energy absorption capacity per unit weight is 2.3 times that of D-type coffer. Front end is equipped with anti-surge plates or PE panels, which effectively reduces surface pressure and friction loss, thereby prolonging service life. The compressive deformation resistance of the improved arched structure has been significantly enhanced, making it suitable for high-intensity buffering scenarios.
